AI transparency (EU AI Act)
Since 2 August 2026, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) requires that anyone interacting with an AI system be informed of that fact when it is not already obvious from the context, and that synthetic content (text, image, audio or video generated or substantially altered by AI) be marked as such.
As a studio that designs and deploys AI agents for other businesses, we apply this in two ways:
- In what we publish ourselves: if content on this site has been generated or substantially altered by AI, we say so.
- In what we deliver to clients: every AI agent we build includes, by default, a clear notice that the end user is interacting with an AI system, unless the client expressly takes on that responsibility towards its own end users.
